Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Oculus Intelligence Group's platform, services, or any related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Oculus Intelligence Group ("Oculus", "we", "our", or "us"), including the OCULUS PRO platform, geopolitical risk report generator, OSINT intelligence dashboard, and any associated APIs, tools, or software (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing the Services, you ("User", "Subscriber", or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Services

Oculus Intelligence Group provides AI-assisted open source intelligence (OSINT) aggregation and analysis tools, including but not limited to:

Important: All analysis generated by Oculus PRO is AI-assisted and based on publicly available open-source information. It does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or actionable military/security intelligence. Users must apply their own judgment.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@oculus-intel.io of any unauthorised access.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. Oculus reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

Services are available under the following subscription tiers: Analyst ($99/month), Professional ($499/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Plan features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. At the end of a trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.4 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Services, all subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience a material service failure, please contact support@oculus-intel.io within 7 days.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

The Services are intended for lawful intelligence research, risk analysis, journalistic investigation, business risk assessment, and related professional purposes using publicly available information.

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Services to benefit, any country or entity subject to applicable sanctions (including but not limited to OFAC, EU, and UK sanctions regimes). Oculus reserves the right to terminate accounts where sanctions compliance concerns arise.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and proprietary methodology belonging to Oculus Intelligence Group is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

6.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (e.g., custom keyword lists, report customisations). You grant Oculus a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Services.

6.3 AI-Generated Reports

Intelligence reports and AI briefings generated by the platform for your account are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may share them with clients as part of a white-label arrangement (Enterprise plan only). You may not resell, sublicense, or republish AI-generated reports as your own proprietary research without the Enterprise white-label agreement.

6.4 Open Source Data

The platform aggregates publicly available open-source information. We make no claim of ownership over underlying source content. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of aggregated data complies with applicable terms of each original source.

7. Data, Privacy and AI Processing

7.1 Data Collection

We collect information you provide during registration, subscription, and use of the platform, as well as usage analytics. Our Privacy Policy (available at oculus-intel.io/privacy) describes this in full.

7.2 AI Processing

AI analysis features use Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts and outputs are processed in accordance with Anthropic's API usage policies. We do not transmit personally identifiable information about you or your clients to Anthropic's API as part of the intelligence generation process.

7.3 GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available to Enterprise clients upon request.

7.4 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.1 No Warranty

OCULUS INTELLIGENCE GROUP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided is accurate, complete, or current.

8.2 Intelligence Disclaimer

All content generated by the platform — including AI briefings, risk scores, scenario analyses, and recommendations — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional intelligence, financial, legal, military, or security advice. Users must independently verify all information before making consequential decisions.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCULUS INTELLIGENCE GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oculus Intelligence Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (c) your decision-making based on platform-generated intelligence.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@oculus-intel.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Oculus

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) we reasonably believe your use creates legal, reputational, or security risk. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide notice where legally and practically possible.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or such other jurisdiction as Oculus Intelligence Group is incorporated in at the time of the dispute), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or prominent platform notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
